On Friday, October 29, 2021, troops from the 82nd Division of the Nigerian Army engaged four shooters from the outlawed Indigenous Peoples of Biafra/ Eastern Security Network (IPOB/ESN) in a severe encounter at Nnobi Junction, Idemili South Local Government Area.
